The role of General Manager is the bedrock of our business. As our business continues to grow, it’s essential we safeguard the future through our people.

This exciting new opportunity for progression has been created specifically for internal colleagues and offers fantastic opportunities in sites across all our divisions in Ireland, UK and Europe. It aims to identify and develop people who have the passion, dedication and potential to become General Managers within the next two years.

We’re looking for people with significant people management experience and mobility across locations. Combine that with a mindset that’s continuously striving for excellence and relishing new challenges.

In return, we’ll invest in your development over an intensive 6-8 month period. You’ll learn through on-the-job shadowing. You’ll receive one-to-one mentoring by an experienced General Manager in one of our sites. You’ll also have the opportunity to join our Leadership Academy to support you through your journey.
